Today me and Kevin continued working on the photo assignment in the morning. We compiled as many pictures as we could before lunch.
After lunch Kevin Mack visited the office and gave a small talk. He gave advice, talked about experiences and about the industry.
It was very interesting and he brought up a lot of good and helpful advice.
After the talk, we went back to work on the cave assignment. I created a cave and managed to spawn objects (which will be roots/vines) onto the ceiling. Here are some screen shots.
After this, i will watch the tutorial on l-systems and learn how to do roots/vines. I am also going to try creating a tool or way to spawn rocks that will automatically generate grass near it.
I have some ideas and theories on how it can be done. I will try it tonight and see how it goes.
